Krylovskaya district presents a large agrarian project
The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a poultry farm for rearing turkeys.
The investment project provides for the construction of poultry farms for rearing turkeys (geese). The enterprise will produce per year around 4,609 tons of quality products that is planned to merchandise among residents of Krylovskaya district of Krasnodar region.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 285.18 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 99 new jobs.
A land plot of 150,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Vodorazdelnyi settlement. The distance to the federal highway М-4 "Don" is 25 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Krylovskaya Cossack village is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 200 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Krylovskaya is 27 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 220 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 160 km.
