The municipal formation of Krylovskaya district plans to implement a project in the agricultural sector
The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a shop for production of compound feedstuff.
It is planned to implement an agrarian investment project in the Cossack village Krylovskaya. Within the framework of the project it is planned to establish a competitive enterprise – shop for the production of combined feedstuff. As forecasted, the enterprise will be able to produce 24,192 tons of granulated feedstuff per year and 18,144 tons of crumbled feedstuff per year.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 167.55 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 22 new jobs.
A land plot of 50,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 13 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 170 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 190 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 160 km.
